Is an Angel Donor Bringing a Happy New Beginning for the Paradise Center?

I know there are a lot of people in Fort Worth and the surrounding area, called America, who have been very troubled regarding the plight of the Paradise Center.

For well over a month the Paradise Center has been hoping to find a new home.

I have fairly good reason to believe that an "Angel Donor" has arrived and that a new Paradise Center home may soon be a reality.

So, we can all feel a bit optimistic, for the first time since the Paradise Center Scandal erupted, that a happy ending may be in the future for those fine folks.

And, if prayers truly do get answered and justice wins out in the end, maybe unemployment and jail time for the perpetrators of this scandal is in the future.

Its about time. This sounds so exciting. Hope to hear more soon. Any ideas how soon it will be a reality? It seems that it was bound to happen sooner or later. People couldn't see this great organization in need and not want to do something. Hope there's a way we can give online soon. Any news on that?

Word is the Paradise group had secured a facility at least ten days ago but wanted to make the MHMR bullycrats sweat about what to do with all of Paradise's properties they've stolen. Plus this cunning group was watching to see what, if anything, Wendy Davis,Lon Burnam, and Joel Burns would say and do about this glaring injustice and abuse.

I can't wait to find out if these three are just your run of the mill politicians or not, taking only public positions that are politically safe and/or have big return on investment politically. I'm not too optimistic though since they are products of the so called FW Way.

Better not let McDermott and his goons find or they will use their political connection to "neutralize" another good Samaritan in this godforsaken county and Cow crap town. McDermott is a crook in trouble and he's desperate enough to do whatever it takes to save his sissy a***. Good luck, but be extremely careful.

Those three ain't nothing but cold calculating politicians. Mentally ill people don't have the money or voting block like the glbt group. Especially after betrayal by nami and mha. A bunch cowards, all of them.

I happened to be in the near southside this afternoon and decided yo check out the former home of the paradise center, no number address showing 505 s.Jennings or any other signs to indicate what sounded like a large and bustling community center. Besides the pictures on here of the awning and brick veneer, the main sign that I was at the right place was the white and (blue+red??--no camera) POD container next to the old little building...looking like an imprisoned symbol of Paradise (next to iron fence bars) waiting for release or rescue.

I wish I had my camera because the visuals were both poetic and poignant. Any way to post a picture of that
rather small facility, especially with the imprisoned POD that I understand is holding all of the properties of the nonprofit organization, under lock and key with a uniformed guard hovering close by?

It's a good distance (and almost $4/gallon) but I'm going to try and go back with my digital camera Sunday. Even though it breaks my heart to see it. But I bear witness to this injustice and abusive bullying.

I would think the paradise folks would have a picture of that POD. Maybe they can let Durango post it up on this blog site?
